A Lunch-time Encounter with Michelle Obama

First Lady 014 You never know who you'll meet around the National Mall. SITES registrar Juana Dahlan had a chance encounter with Michelle Obama while picking up some lunch at the Department of Energy today.  

Gotta love it.
